The COVID 19 Policy

​

Upon entrance to Holistic Family Care Clinic, everyone must be screened by asking exposure and symptoms questionnaire for COVID-19; and it includes a temperature check and washing hands or using Alcohol Gel. While in the building, all individuals (staff and patients alike) are required to wear a face mask. Although cloth masks are sufficient, we are happy to provide a mask if needed.

 

 

What to expect:

 

  • Prior to your appointment you will undergo a COVID 19 prescreen

  • Upon arrival, your temperature will be taken

  • To minimize wait times, there will be a limit to the number of people allowed in the space at one time

  • All working surfaces will be sanitized before and after every session

  • Staff and clients will be required to wear a mask at all times

  • To maintain social distancing requirements, family and friends will be asked to stay in their vehicles

  • We will maintain good hygiene with regular and frequent hand washing

  • Hand sanitizer will be made available for client use as needed
